Walled in/Emmuré

Jos Bongers relates the Mies van der Rohe's Farnsworth House and Bernard Tschumi's pavilion. Within this relation he realises a literary meeting of Ludwig Mies van der Rohe en Heiner M?ller. On the background Sylvia Plath, Inge M?ller, Ted Hughes en Assia Wevill play their roles. In the interior of the pavilion lines of poetry of, among others, Sylvia Plath were attached. The black and white letters refer to the death messages in her poems. A message of a smoking gun refers to a murder, only just committed. A threatening atmosphere is created in the pavilion, filled with memories of just committed crimes and suicide. On one side of the pavilion OBITUARY NOTICE is written in alternately black and white letters, which underlines the threatening atmosphere. 3 June 1996, 00:00 > 28 July 1996, 23:59
