‘Capsules of Compressed Memory II’ integrates historical and actual images of the environment of the Tschumipavilion. Small images were mounted within the overview projection of the Hereplein. As these images change regularly, the past and the present merge together. Alejandra Wah aims to show that our memory restructures itself over and over again, and that we ourselves become part of the city’s collective memory.
