In order to show ‘Entropia’ the pavilion’s walls are covered with a mixture of yoghurt on the inside. The ceiling and walls function as a three-dimensional transparant screen on which the videotape ‘Entropia’ is projected. Entropia shows images of an enormous industrial roller that is continuously destroying foto-, slides-, and filmmaterial. The images are accompanied by the squeeking and cracking sounds of the roller. As the images are projected on all walls of the pavilion it seems as if on the Herplein a giant machine is working non-stop. As if the pavilion is transformed into a giant roller in which the analogous era is destroyed.
